This Betsey Johnson watch is warranted to you, the owner for your lifetime against all defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes battery, case, crystal, strap/bracelet, malfunction or deterioration resulting from accident, negligence and tampering. Most Betsey Johnson watches are water resistant, though extensive use in water activities such as swimming or bathing is not recommended.

BIO
The beginning of this fashion forward line began in Hartford, Connecticut in 1942 when Betsey Johnson was born. By 1964 she was a guest editor for Mademoiselle magazine and began making and selling her own clothing designs. Later she showcased her designs as a freelance designer through a boutique called "Paraphernalia". In 1969 she opened a boutique called "Betsy, Bunkey and Nini". She assisted in the Disco scene of the 1970s by turning to disco wear and extravagant body-concious clothing as inspiration and in 1978 she opened her own sportswear business. Despite her diversity and extravagance in fashion interests, Betsey's love of detail and design is evident in everything she does in life and in business.
