If warranty reply form is not completed and returned as required, your new Accutron timepiece will only be warranted for 2 years. Coverage: Bulova will repair, free of charge, any parts of the watch that have failed due to original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, or, at its option, will replace the watch with a comparable watch.
