This is based on an original by Playa of Spain, who made these models from the 1920's on, the originals are now rare and expensive. The reproductions were made for a magazine part work series and are approximately 2/3 rds. the size of the originals. Clockwork motors are functional though only intended for occasional use, these models are not sold as toys ad are intended for collecting or display purposes only.
